We offer a top notch state-of-the-art facility with the industry’s newest and safest equipment including an in-ground tumbletrak and trampolines and foam block pits. Our 16,500 SF facility with 21 foot ceilings is the largest in the Northeast.

Jane Marella is the Academy Director. She brings 16 years of cheerleading and gymnastics coaching experience to the academy. Her coaching abilities span from recreational to competitive and she works with toddlers through young adults. Jane oversees all programming at the academy. She is the recipient of the 2009 FCIAC cheerleading coach of the year award.

Led by Craig Bayer, our gymnastics team offers the highest level of training for competitive gymnastics in a nurturing environment. Craig comes to us from 10 years of coaching at one of the highest regarded gymnastics programs in the nation. He has successfully coached many gymnasts to Nationals and to Division 1 schools. He also has extensive experience coaching young children and recreational gymnasts. Our goal is to help our students build confidence and self-esteem as they develop fundamental foundations for movement in all sports. By learning new skills in a progressive and safe environment, each child leaves feeling like a winner and with a smile on her face.

Our enthusiastic and well trained instructors pay close attention to your child’s ability, making sure she is in the right class for her level. Our teachers excel at finding the balance between challenging your child and allowing her to feel the success of her accomplishments. Classes are offered for boys and girls from 18 months thru high school. We also offer Zumba and Hip Hop classes.

Gymnastics & Cheerleading Academy of CT is also a terrific place to have your child’s birthday party. Our party room and gym provide for limitless options in planning your special event. Come in for a tour of our new gym. Our enrollment is ongoing and we welcome you at any time.
